After being the victim of a hit and run, we took our car to CSI for the insurance claim. They are registered in the database with our insurance (USAA) and had an itemized quote ready for us in no time at all. They handled all of the paperwork with the insurance company. A car bumped my Honda Civic in a grocery store parking lot, denting the corner of my bumper. I went to the shop and talked with Jason. They were able to push the bumper back in place (it just snapped in) and push out 95% of the dent — and didn’t charge me anything. There was no damage underneath the bumper. That is service that can’t be beat!
